What does it truly mean to have a spiritual awakening? There seems to be mixed opinions on what it really is. Does it mean ascending? Does it mean you must change how you live your life? Is it scary?

Ali and Tiarra set the record straight when it comes to what a spiritual awakening truly is and what it looks like. At its core, an awakening is a shift in awareness that is meant to send you on a journey back to yourself, by doing inner shadow work and releasing all things that no longer serve you in this life. It is easier said than done, but it's very rewarding and freeing when you start to up-level your life.

Tiarra shares how her awakening experience unfolded with her twin soul, her initial symptoms and how she navigated the sudden shift. While Ali discusses how her shifts began in childhood and continued into adulthood. Awakening can happen at any time in your life, and you can definitely have more than one!
